Short version: We collect only what we need to respond to your inquiry or improve the site. We do not sell your data. We do not share it for advertising purposes. You can contact us at any time to ask what we have or to request deletion.

01Information We Collect

Information you provide directly. When you fill out a contact form, book a consultation, or email us, we may collect:

  • Your name and job title
  • Your business email address and phone number

  • Browser type, device type, and operating system
  • Pages visited, time spent on each page, and click paths
  • Referral source (how you found our site)

02How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To respond to your inquiry and schedule a consultation
  • To deliver consulting, training, or advisory services you have engaged us for
  • To send you information you have requested about our services, workshops, or resources
  • To understand which pages and content are most useful to visitors, so we can improve the site
  • To comply with applicable laws and our contractual obligations

We do not use your personal information to serve targeted advertising. We do not build behavioral profiles for resale.

03Cookies and Tracking Technologies

This website uses cookies and similar technologies to help the site function, understand visitor behavior, and improve page performance. We use Google Tag Manager to manage measurement tags and Google Analytics to understand site traffic and content performance. These tools may collect technical information such as IP address, device type, browser type, operating system, pages visited, referral source, and interaction data. Where configured, analytics data may be aggregated, de-identified, or pseudonymous.

Most browsers allow you to refuse cookies or delete existing ones. Disabling cookies may affect some site functionality, but will not prevent you from reading content or contacting us. If our tracking tools or service providers materially change, we will update this policy.

04Third-Party Services

We rely on service providers to operate the website and support business operations, including website hosting, analytics, scheduling, email, forms, and font delivery. These providers process information subject to their own terms, privacy policies, and, where applicable, data processing terms. Key providers include:

  • Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics. Used for site analytics and page performance measurement. Analytics data may be aggregated, de-identified, or pseudonymous depending on configuration. See Google's Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
  • Google Calendar. Our booking form embeds Google Calendar to schedule consultations. When you book a call, Google processes your name, email address, and appointment details. See Google's Privacy Policy linked above.
  • Fontshare (Indian Type Foundry). We load Cabinet Grotesk and Satoshi typefaces from Fontshare's CDN. Fontshare may log standard CDN request data (IP address, browser type). See fontshare.com/privacy-policy.

We do not use Facebook Pixel, Twitter/X tracking, Instagram tracking, or advertising network tracking on this website. If our service providers materially change, we will update this policy.

05How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share your data only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers. We may share information with vendors who help us operate the website or run our business (for example, our website platform provider, email service, or scheduling tool). These providers process information subject to their own terms, privacy policies, and, where applicable, data processing terms.
  • Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or regulatory authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights or safety of APC, our clients, or others.
  • Business transfer. If APC is acquired, merged, or restructured, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your data becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy.

06Data Retention

We retain contact form submissions and inquiry records for as long as is reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and manage any resulting engagement, or as required by applicable law.

If we enter a consulting engagement, we retain related communications and project records for a minimum of three years after the engagement closes, consistent with standard business recordkeeping practices. We may retain certain records longer where reasonably necessary for tax, accounting, legal, security, dispute resolution, or contractual purposes.

We will respond to deletion requests within 30 days where reasonably possible, and within the time required by applicable law.
